Further discussions on above subject, recently 28 PAC personnel in UP acquitted by the Court after 28 years, an oil mafia acquitted in Mumbai !! There are hundreds of cases are going on everyday about corruption in our judiciary. Recently Delhi Bar wanted to expose judges who appointed and promoted their own keens were stopped. SC has not accepted NJCA so far !! Why ? Therefore, if we don't have fair judicial system, judges, advocates, prosecutors nothing will improve. !! Vested interest in judiciary must be weed out at war footing level.

Dont worry Mr Hemant, it has not angered me. However, I appreciate your noticing it. Its no big issue. I agree with you. This is my observation too. Even BJP is not talking about it after coming to power in majority. I have been writing about it, if we have to cleanse the political system where it starts from, we need to think of electoral reforms, Judicial Reforms. But there is not even a mention of these devils which are corrupting the systems at all levels. So you are right, we the public need to put a pressure on them to make changes in Electoral Reforms, Judicial reforms and police reforms. It has to be public pressure only. more

I totally agree with Mr. Anger. Just a couple of days, it was reported about a film by the name 'COURT', made by a young filmmaker from Mumbai, having won 2 national awards and as many as 15 international awards. I have not seen this film. But it was reported that this film has depicted the functioning or rather the dysfunctional ways of Indian Courts, thru a case, in a most telling way. However, coming back to the point of reforms, especially judicial reforms, I think they are not progressing because these parties don't get any benefit in promoting judicial reforms. The interests and well-being of the people of this country don't matter to them in this respect. more
