This type of reporting to the public on what action has been done towards achievement of the Manifesto commitments is a welcome step that should be emulated by other elected representatives.
The AAP Government deserves congratulations for their achievements in fulfillment of their Manifesto commitments.
A few other steps that could have been initiated within one month are the following:
(1) A plan could have been formulated for adding a few ponds for augmenting water supply since owing to the increased water consumption the existing sources may be found to be short.
(2) A study could have been done of the report of CAG done on the records of Discoms on the basis of expectation expressed while the AAP Government was in power last with a view to find out over-stating the costs of operation and Fixed Assets. Based on such the findings could have been added in this Report.
(3) Order could have been issues for re-orienting the School and College curricula more towards the requirements in jobs
(4) Anti-corruption Authorities should have been set up if not already in existence and could have been issued Authority and instructions to proactively unearth cases of corruption. more

Water harvesting through rejuvenation of existing ponds and creating new water harvesting bodies should be a priority. This will save lot of money spent on storm drainage, stopping water logging and it will make the community self reliant in water supply in long term. more
