33 million people left farms looking for better paid work. The majority were absorbed into low productivity and irregular work on construction sites.benefit workers, three senior officials at the labour . making more workers eligible for minimum wages,

India does not produce reliable, regular jobless data, but long-term surveys by the statistics department show the country only created 5 million manufacturing jobs between 2004/5 and 2011/12. In the same period some 33 million people left farms looking for better paid work. The majority were absorbed into low productivity and irregular work on construction sites.benefit workers, three senior officials at the labour . making more workers eligible for minimum wages, increasing overtime hours and allowing women to do night shifts.Ugly union-led backlash and partisan politics have prevented changes to free up labour markets.Lok Sabha for the first time in 30 years, laws that date back to just after the end of British rule are set for an overhaul.Revamp in decades of the archaic labour laws, part of a plan to revive the flagging economy, boost manufacturing and create millions of jobs.Do away with fertilizer subsidy, food subsidy, kerosene subsidy and in fact, subsidy of all kinds. No license permit quota Inspector Raj and let the Private sector compete with each other in the case of mining, etc. The Land Acquisition Law needs to done away with and let market forces guide the cost of the land to be purchased by industrialists. more

Manufacturing sector to be reestablished in broader way. Rural sector to be taken care proper reform in forming can give boost. Rural job guarantee schemes should be demolished rather regular job schemes ,vocational training should be enhanced, forming should be made a dignified carrier prospect Acting on these points we will find improvements in the economy of the country. more
There must be system operational in regard to job creation and appointments. The halo way can not fulfill the national unemployment. Every where is corruption so first work on the corruption elimination and then make an extensive survey regarding unemployment class wise. The education system completely have become business how the nation can bring uniformity in the system. My Suggestions on the reform are to cater the education system , employment exchanges and various recruitment centers , private job recruitment ways and uniformity as per qualification base. more
