360 Degree Transformation of Justice Delivery

Since Judiciary is not accountable to any one even to the Parliament of India, hence no body can question them leading to huge pile up of cases since several years, even if they are disposing the cases, they are just dismissing it (60 to 70% cases are dismissed in lower courts, and 90% to 95% case are dismissed at High Court and Supreme Court level), that means even after years of wait, your case and points many not be heard and case may be simply dismissed for sake of disposing off without delivering justice. So Indian courts are not bound to even accept and consider your petitions, it is on their will to deliver justice in a case or not. That means no accountability, even quality of judgement is questionable. In my case, even my case had merit as huge injustice was done to me, but after 9 years of so called trial court considered my petition for dismissal without giving justice to me, and instead they imposed fine on me for wasting court time and alleged me for bringing a false case in court. This is most shocking to me, I heard of people not getting justice in courts, but being as victim when I approached court for justice, I have been denied justice, instead got injustice as court fined me for wasting their time. I wasted my 9 years of time of my life in search of justice, and court alleged me that I am wasting time of court and asked me to pay penalty for bringing a false case. This is height of insensitivity of our justice delivery system, where a citizen approaches a court for getting justice, but court kept him struggling for 9 years for delivery of justice, and at the end court imposes fine on the justice seeker saying I am wasting court time and my case which I filled for getting justice was a false case.
I think India needs 360 degree revamp and transformation of its legal and judicial system. more

Judiciary is Accountable to Constitution. Congress set aside SC Directive Judgments from in '63 , '83 , '87 and '95. Judiciary was diluted and was carried insufficient and inadequate WHEREBY SC AND ALL H.Cs now carrying above 1 lakh PENDING CASES each. more
Judiciary thinks they are above the law. They are accountable to no one. more
Tragedy is judiciary wants everyone to be accountable except themselves. And to add insult to injury of common people. ... Judicisry even does not want a transparent system to select judges. .....hence ensuring . They hide everything from public at large. How come in 70 years they could not fix maximum fees payable to lawyers......and how most lawyers amass such wealth And no commission till date to find out wealth of judges.. And no information in public domain showing their annual assets and liabilities....whereas every officer drawing salary frpm state exchequer is supposed to do so. more
The Congress Party even in the 1990 decade , diluted the suggestions and directions of the apex court even on the issues of Constitutional requirements . The same party with its allies made the Judiciary inadequate in sufficiency and carried this valuable constitutional Body with insufficient number of Judges even . The whole nation is thus set to a diluted status in the issue of Law and Justice and even dishonoured the articles 32 and 39 A . It is very late to reinstate the status of our Justified Judiciary and for this , our Mother Circle along with the Legal Circle have to strengthen the NLFNP Circle incorporated for Constitutional Remedies at national interest . Please have a deep thought and step ahead .. more
For day to day small cases there is a need to by pass judiciary. A system needs to be put in place wherein local Senior acceptable citizen listens to the case and gives verdict. No lawyers be allowed. The affected parties put up their cases themselves in ordinary language without technical clauses. more
