Pollution control: Pooling of car system should be encouraged so that less vehicles will ply on road during peak hours. For persons going to office, Govt., or private buses with required comforts should be put on the roads and link various offices in the cities so that use of cars for individuals could be reduced. The driving officials also will not get stressed during driving due to traffic jam, and their energy could be better utilised in offices. more

yes. Instead of plastic carry bags, production of Jute bags should be encouraged and the small scale producers of such bags should be give sufficient bank loans for this. More over in the place of plastic plates (use and throw) Arecanut tree barks are generally converted by machine in to cups, plates of all sizes in many states which are perishable. Hence suh production should be encouraged by giving bank loans to small industries/cottage industries. The Khadi and Village Industries Board can take up such task of promoting such products in forming women groups who produce them/ arrange to supply raw materials to the/ collect the products produced for sale by the K&VI.Board. more
