I have no aversion to any of ur suggestions. You can ask every diabetics what they eat and then tell me the answer? Today I will write for you a beautiful article to make you happy. It is all about Balancing Alkaline and Acidic foods. You may recall disease begins from an imbalance of alkaline and acidic elements in our food. The human body is 80% alkaline and 20% acidic. Maintaining this ratio is the basis of health. Fruits(except plums and berries), lemons, oranges, leafy and other vegetables, coconut, fresh milk, sprouted food grains, dates, figs, and soaked dry fruits are alkaline. Meats, eggs, cheese, butter, cooked food , chapati, dry fruits, sweets, coffee, tea chocolate, boiled milk ,flour, salt, alcohol, soda, vanaspati , fried &baked foods are acidic. People who balance their alkaline and acidic foods rarely encounter indigestion. Ayurveda says that wrong combinations of food are likepoisons for the body. Food in the stomach is digested thru different digestive juices. If both acidic and alkaline foods are eaten together then their respective disgestive juices will also be secreted together. These then mix and lead to problems; Protein for instance begins to rot. Starch ferments and so on, disturbing the digestive process. The lavish concept of a four- course meal with a variety of foods is therefore , not a good idea. Eat only one kind of food at a time as the more variety you eat , the more your disgestive system will find it hard to digest food You should begin with fruits then have raw salads & vegetables. Finally when this digested have whole grains. Wrong combinations: Never eat the following together----a Banana or Radish with milk or Curd , milk with curd, honey with hot water(lukewarm is good), honey with radish, khichdi with dessert, Avoid milk with melonsor cucumber. Do not mixUrad dal with radish, curd with jamun, melon or cheese. Give a gap between fruits and cooked vegetables, & never heat curd. Do not mix pluses with potato.Avoid pulses with chapati or rice and if you must eat them together , add good helpings of raw vegetables . Avoid wheat chapati with milk or curd. Good Combinations: Mango with cow's milk, Milk with dates, Rice with Coconut powder, pulses or bathua with curd, leafy vegetables with starch , dry fruits with sour fruits , vegetables & pulses , basmati with vegetables ,fruits with dryfruits, vegetables with chapati. Even after following my diet on the above lines I still have bloating. You may have your own diets. more
We all know that . What i dont understand is your aversion to any suggestion on the subject . Anyway i am not interested to take this further more

Mr Suchet Singh ... a small correction here on your comment please . I never said to or meant to say to put up a menu everyday ... what i am trying to communicate is that many many families have been preparing different dishes which are DIABETIC FRIENDLY . if those dishes can be posted in this circle for health , many others can pick up ideas to enhance their menu list of such dishes !!!! thats all . i am quite aware that its impossible to put up a menu everyday ... !!i hope i have clarified . more
It is not pratical to post daily Menu for the breakfast . However, I wish to advise you to keep the Breakfast Menu Protein oriented rather than Carbohydrate oriented. Often the Doctors do not advise you correctly. If you eat 100grams carbohydrate (atta) daily you would have fully controlled your diabetic effectively. more
