4-5 foods for vegeterian people with diabetes

What are the 4-5 foods that vegetarian diabetics should take on daily basis. Things that are easy to incorporate in daily diet and not unusual like Lauki Juice or Dana Methi.

Even dalchini powder can be sprinkled in addition. It is said to be good for diabetes. more  
I prepared a recipe for myself. I am on insulin and inspite of taking insulin my sugar level Fasting was always high, 175 to 220. Then I started cutting dinner, but that was very painful. I modified a recipe of my mother. I took three spoons of dalia, 2 spoons of oats, roasted them in cooker with half spoon of vegetable oil/desi ghee, added salt to taste, after it is roasted added two cups of toned milk. Close the cooker and cook for five minutes or one whistle. It is ready to eat, youcan add more milk if you want. I sprinkle black pepper powder for the taste. Surprisingly my sugar level came down to 127(fasting), of course morning walk and exercise is also there. I hope you wd like it. more

yes roasted chhana and all fiber products is good more
