I think it must be made compulsory that in which head the fees is increased. LIKE: (1) increase in tuition fees, (2) increase in building funds (3) increase in government fees (4) etc more

The governments both state and the centre are very much involved in detail in the micro management of the Sector. This is bound to happen. The experts in this area are seldom consulted and asked to manage this sector. Private colleges which have despicable standards are seldom pulled up effectively. The professional councils like Architects council, Medical Council etc are seldom abloe to rein in the rogue colleges. We need surgery not discussion. It is incorrect to place restrictions on fees by parents specially in era of open market. Let private education institute decide on the fees to suit market. Parents should decide on educational institute. Naturally if institutes want to survive shall decide on right fees. more
