Iwas operated for Breast cancer 27 years ago ,Isit necessary to go for mamogram and check up even now. We go for health check up and do mamagram and cervix cancer check up more

I was operated for carcinoma buccal mucosa left at AIIMS 4 years back followed by radiation for 30 days. I still have stiffness of the neck, numbness of the left shoulder, pricking needles and cannot lift my left hand. I am 69 years old male. Do I have to live with this for rest of my life?
