5 questions for Ryan - lessons for Noida schools
1) why the bus conductor or driver were allowed to use the same washroom as the kids.
2) why the accused was allowed to carry a knife inside the school.
3) why there was no female attendant from the school outside the washroom.
4) why the child screamed why there was no one to help immediately.
5) why the school management tried to cover up the crime
6) why there was a huge breach in the school wall; no doubt a huge risk to the security of the school

The massive defaults from School Management & Govt responsible persons, so they should also come in The Management of Ryan is quiet irresponsible & not willing to answer to anyone on his ruling or decision. I am giving one live example of Ryan Noida. For this current 11th session, before declaration of 10th result, they debar one student for Math, who hv highest marking in math at 9th in Ryan. (He offered for PCB or even PCMB but not PCM) Once guardian approached to school they simply advise to leave the school. (Its just to vacant a seat in PCM branch) The student dont hv any option other then to leave the school.NCR resident easily understand, pain of admission in other school. Urmila you are 100% correct. You see they are politically affiliated like Baba Ram Rahim. They have the blessings of the government. It is a financial institution and not an educational one as you and me think. more

Children commuting by buses are under the care of the teacher who accompanies them in the buses. The problem arises where children are dropped by the parents at the gate. I wonder if the school administration is alive to the safety of these children. Further the assembly should be done before the children enter the class. The teacher should take a head count and take the children to their class rooms. Another problem is that of the late comers who are made to stand at the school gate till the assembly is over. No supporting staff should enter the school till the assembly is over. more

School & Studies has become a business.. A very shady business. Ryan International is run by Mr & Mrs Pinto They have expensive schools and colleges in Bengaluru, Mumbai, etc. also. It is very strange that they are not being questioned on this & it is being taken only as one / single case. Children Wash rooms & toilets are totally separate from the staff toilets, which are in turn separate from the helpers toilets (the person arrested came in the category of helper), and there are separate toilets for guests in most schools. This is a mandatory requirement. It is not just toilets, but there is now a common sense approach towards having CCTV monitoring, especially where children are concerned. How many verified security Guards & helpers for children were hired by this particular school is questionable. Where does the money paid to Ryan International school which is probably a Christian Missionary School, goes to? The owners? Or somewhere else? Hence one needs to go one at a time. Ryan group has spread very fast in Delhi. If theye are so concerned about education, why don;t they open charitable schools in the villages? more

1.A kids bathroom should never be allowed for outside staff since the same was used by girls also.2.WHY THE CAMERAS WERE SWITCHED OF:non functional.3.The classrooms were just opposite the toilet, how his screams were not heard .4.For kids and co Ed schools a attended is always near the bathroom.5.If the conductor was in the bathroom his movements must be recorded at the gate.was he planted later can be confirmed.
