I recently had a shutdown of my telephone line with internet for 12 days in a row. The reason was broadening of the highway when a JBC cut the underground cable, later, the the DM ordered 3 days ban on any digging on the roads of the area from where the helicopter borne President of India would pass . Rest of days the BSNL (Big snail ) took it easy. Dont I deserve, at least the cut in the bill for these 12 days of non service ? Will the Minister in charge of telecommunications ever read this and act? more

Railways must ensure the clean and neat atmosphere in all station. For this sent off by passengers to be discouraged except in case of help to elders to board the train. The trolley car drivers are demanding money by passengers. To get money drivers are encouraging youngsters to travel on trolley car. The very purpose of providing help to aged person is defeated. A watch dog agency to be formed to find out the misuse in all fields such as charging of eatables, ticket examiners allocation of berth on getting bribe, maintenance of toilet with water, proper function of AC compartments etc. more
Even I also keep on applying for a new connection in Autonagar, D Block Expansion and their excuse was the same. It is not possible as they need to lay down a new cabe for around 500 Mtrs. 3 years over but I am longing for a landline connection still. more
