1. Land Acquisition amendment Bill: The protests oiented and staged wilfully against the present government's successful Campaign towards INCREASING BUSINESS IN INDIA & INCREASING PRODUCTION IN INDIA are on one side strictly Political and on the other side , the banked power of the binami land owners of Bumper extents of lands held with their Black Money and even the solong concentrated Wealthy Wealth being invested on Properties of LAND AND BUILDINGS and this is well known to Political and Business Field. If the Government go on individual Industrial Promotion program identifying the place of infrastructure fit lands , it its usual methodical course of planning , there will not be such aggressive protest all-along since the individual Farmers, land owners of reasonable exents will not defy the Government's proposal . They will also realise that they are getting Power , Water , Pharmceutical Medicines , Fertilizers for Cultivation ets., Lively-hood infrastructure ONLY THOSE ARE MADE ELSE-WHERE IN INDIA AND MADE TO THEM AVAILABLE FOR ENJOYMENT. In-deed , no real or normal Citizen oppose the Indistrial location that is necessary . ALL THE GOVERNING BODIES OF OUR CONSTITUTION WILL ALSO STEP FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF THE PROVISIONS OF OUR CONSTITUTION TO ALL THE PEOPLE AND PLACES. IF THE PRESENT LAND ACQUISITION AMENDMENT BILL IS CONCLUSIVELY UN-SUPPORTED BY THE OTHERS , THERE WILL BE THE DEFINITE NEED OF " CALLING FOR THE POLL ON THIS BILL THROUGH INDIAN TELEPHONE CALLS AND ALSO THROUGH THE CELL PHONE CALLS WHICH LIE & TIE AS THE REAL PROOF OF ATLEAST THE EDUCATED OR SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BESIDES CALLING THROUGH EVEN G-MAILS " . The Government can then represent to the Court of law and , even then , if necessiates , request for calling the ABSOLUTE AND ENTIRE PUBLIC POLL on three or four other important and such complicated issues. 2. Even in the issue of Black Money , these local circles trying to address proper and fit through [ i ] Corruption Issue [ ii ] Black Money Issue [ iii ] Middlemen / Agency Issue in addition to POLICING ; GOVERNANCE BY CENTRE ; GOVERNBANCE BY STATES ; AND THE MAIN ISSUE OF ; CENTRE & STATES CO-ORDINATION ISSUE . All these THREE + FOUR are interlinked to Black Money . THE ABOVE NEEDED & ULTIMATE " PROCESS FOR CALLING ON POLLS " IS NEEDED ON THIS BLACK MONEY ISSUE ALSO. 3. BUT, IN MY OPINION AND BETTER UNDESTANDING , THE RECENTLY OPINED SUGGESTION OF THE HONOURABLE CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA AFTER CONCLUSION OF THE MEETING OF ALL CMs , PM AND THE JUDGES OF HICH COURTS AND SUPREME COURT CLARIFYING THE NEED OF === JOINT MEETING OF LEGISLATURE , EXECUTIVE , AND , THE JUDICIARY AT OCCASSIONS WILL HELP FAST DELIVERY TO MANY CASES NEEDED AT THE INTEREST OF THE NATION AND PEOPLE === WILL CERTAINLY PAVE A GOOD PATH FOR RE-ESTABLISHING THE REAL DEMOCRACY OF THE PEOPLE , BY THE PEOPLE ,AND CERTAINLY FOR THE PEOPLE. more  

To tame black money power, 1) A poll on with drawing all urrency notes and issuing only coins up to Rs. 50, as suggested by some one in one of the local circles 2)A poll on banning currency notes above a certain value , say Rs.100 3. A poll on banning all cash transactions above Rs. 500/- and replacing most of the taxes with bank transaction taxes(BTT) 4) A poll on floaing a SPV(Special Purpose Vehicle), accountable to say only RBI, to acquire the lands and or properties on it, either by ownership or by the right of use at the book value when ever the latter is grossly undervalued and leasing it back to the users, through open auction? 5) A poll on the ways and means of authenticating poll survey with the authenticity coming from small contributions of say Rs.1 to Rs.10/- through a special app in mobile phones? more  

Poll on 'land acquisition & fair compensation' is the most burning issue with long term consequences: A fundamental question here: 1) in order to mobilze lands for non agrarian use, why not just lease the agrarian lands without acquiring their ownership? The other questions: 2) Why not limit the 'Eminent Domain Power' of the state just to acquire the right of use of the land and property on it and not to the ownership of the land? 3) Why not explore acquiring the right to use or even the ownership of the land/property, in case where there is a gross under valuation of the land and/or property in sale-deed/books of account at the book value, through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle(SPV)? more  

Polls on the above three are important since no single party has consensus even with in itself on any othe issues above, may due ot conflict of interests. more
