Kindly go through this news item and I hope this will help to get the eyes of Railway Board and our Minister of Railways Hon'ble Suresh Prabhu ji, opened.
Again I request shri prabhu ji that plz return the old prestige of the First Shatabdi Express train. Kindly reduce the stoppages. And to compensate that, Taj Express can be upgraded as TAJ JANSHATABDI Express train. Also request all Bhopalis that they allow this train to operate from Bhopal station, not from Habibganj. more

I am shocked to know that the Shatabdi train has been reduced to an ordinary one by increasing stoppages and by making it unpunctual. When it was started MR. Madhav Rao travelled and in the beginning he felt immense pride in making it the highest speed train, primarily to cater to Tourists, executives and business travellers. Speed, punctuality and service was the USP of this train. Sad that politicians have killed this train, as well. Mr. Prabhu while reforming railways should restore the prestige of these types of trains and could introduce Jan Shatabdi as suggested to cover other stations. more
Unauthorised vendors should not be allowed to enter atleast AC bogies. This was experienced in Train No.15648 while travelling from Guwhati to Jabalpur with hoard of unauthorised vendors inspite of Pantry car and was followed by frequent beggars causing lot of insafety to the customers more
Exactly similar experience I am having in LKO Shatabdi for over 5-6 years. This train was first run between Delhi and Kanpur Non-Stop, the extended to LKO for politicians. Politicians from Etawa pelted stones so that they could travel to Lucknow. Aligarh got it for another political reason and then Tundla. This train never runs on time, catering is worst and coaches dilapidated and toilets worse than 2nd class coaches of a normal train. Still it is called a premier train. On other hand, lets not laugh at Bullet trains. Our buses are not good that does not mean we should not have trains and airports. But Railways must look to improve the condition of existing infrastructure. more
It is better to introduces local trains instead of increasing the number of stoppages of superfast trains. These local trains should have high starting torque thereby increasing the starting up and reducing the journey time. more
I fully agree with the suggestions given.Suddenly it can be become a paradise more
