We all know that Interviews , Written Tests , Entrance Examinations , Annual Examinations , Laboratory Practicals , Competition Post-Cards & Election Results Success are the medicines for Intelligence Development against mediocrity .
India has fixed age limits in all spheres of public & private life activities for servicing the objectives of Nation economically .
Therefore , according to me , the medicine to non-proliferation of black wealth which is the mother of black money in India lies in enacting age limit as follows.
:60 YEARS OF AGE LIMIT-Medicinal Innovation :
No Citizen of India should create by way of buying / purchasing / transacting / constructing , after attainment of 60 years of age , any new immovable property (STI-RASTI) of House / Land / Factory / Gold / Silver / Foreign Currency / Foreign Bank Account .
This measure alone will prevent proliferation of dynastical / hereditary / legal-heir- supporting-dependency / inter & intra native family-kandan-tendency sustaining black-wealth-rights among younger generations of Indians .
The aged adults amassing riches are offering them legally to young Indians stopping young Indians to make own self-decisions rejecting ancestral handing over of black-wealth-properties. Unidentified, this has been the virus against Constitution of India .
Learning to live and love the known sources of Income constitutionally will phase out black money & black wealth destroying in toto .
Hence , 60 YEARS OF AGE LIMIT is my Medicinal Innovation to cure black wealth & black money . more

Yesterdays Supreme Court Direction to Government to submit within 6 months , the reasons for the present diversified attitude of Youth in India compiling the remedies to build up a fruitful achievement of the objectives of our article 51 A which particularly highlighted by Supreme Court decades back for the needed betterment in Children in India . The Supreme Court also deliberated their dissatisfaction on the role of Police in the issue of JNU Student and Specifically directed the JNU Authorities to cooperate the Police . [ This direction might be keeping in view the instances taken place in HCU & JNU previous year ] . This proved that only the Supreme Court has to intervene for the betterment of Society and the better performance in public administration as well as Law and Order . Hello ! Shri . Chandan Kumar Patil (President Self-Help Group) , Sir , All Indians are Brothers and Sisters . India supported Democracy because Democracy united India since 1947 . Lot of Facts , Figures & Relationships besides a great deal of gossips & blame-games . Years rolled on . The Indian Intelligence Quotient (IIQ) remained pretty low under the self-rule-psycho . Similarly , Security of your Family , Kids and their Future does not exclude your Future because nobody is above Law . Law taken into own hands is illegal . All are equal (=) before Law . Young Indians are pampered into Black Wealth & Black moneys directly and indirectly by the aged-adult-Indians till now . So, new Enactment has to arrive sooner. more

" and is why , the Rulers of independent India set aside the issue of self sufficiency to live and lead though article 21 , 15 [4] , 31 C , and 39 C were specifically included . This has lead the whole system work for & work with Corruption which resulted in increasing Black Money not only that was kept outside , but also lodged in the very Country . All the laws pertinent are still alive and there has been none and no body to carry the enforcement of law which if carried could not have set the situation disastrus . Now there is need to enlighten the youth who were partly diversified at the Political interest . more
