Please tell me my fasting mostly between 115 to 125 but i am taking medicine Galvus met50mg/1000mg is it ok or need more precautions. more

The sugars sound good. I am assuming the PPBS are also fine. Maintaining a good diet and moderate physical exercise will always help. However there are other aspects that need to be considered like the kidney functions that need to be taken into consideration and therefore I would suggest reviewing all other aspects too. you taregt blood sugar depends on your age, overall health and your life style. but overall it seems to be good. Continue same medicines and check diet and do exercise also. take care more
