Yes ! I agree with you we have to construct a strategy how to proceed further and for that the best way I would suggest is -
1.SET SMALL ACHIEVABLE GOALS
then KEEP ADDING MORE after every achievement, as per the PRIORITY LIST
2.SELECTION of APPROPRIATE VOLUNTEERS is the main task ,because no GOAL can be achieved without making an effort in the right direction
3. BUILDING UP A STRONG NETWORK
4. DATA BASE OF VOLUNTEERS with their qualification and experience in their respective fields.
5. MONITORING & REPORTING SYSTEM
6. Hi light achievement of volunteers in public and Honour them
7.Develop Fine tuning( understanding) between RWA's officials and area Volunteers to avoid confusion.
8. design Hierarchy and instruct volunteers to strictly follow it to maintain discipline
with all due respect to Mr.Kejriwal and his close associates
removing bacon from the car roof is not a symbol to put an end to the VIP culture
you have to prove it by giving practical example .

thanks Preveen thanks Mr.MMA BEG for paying attention . Let us all ( like minded people ) get together and fix-up a formal meeting with our party leaders and share our views with them asap. ( Saturday evening or Sunday day time ) any time suitable to all of us . If you all agree I , on behalf of our group would approach them and get the date fixed up for the meeting ! tentative dates are " coming Sunday or Saturday next week " ie 1st June or 7th June2014. ps : there are other 12 readers who have given their consents to join this group more
