1. In August 2024, I bought Policy No. 53271817 and was convinced to purchase another policy (Policy No. 53307161) under the false promise of a one-time payment. Turns out, it was a recurrent policy, and I couldn’t surrender it once I realized the mistake.
2. In February 2024, after expressing financial concerns, I was assured my policies would be closed and transferred to a new one. I bought another policy (Policy No. 54429334) but later got payment reminders for the original policies.
3. I was then advised to buy yet another policy (Policy No. 54570045) with the promise of safeguarding my investment, but now I want to surrender it due to continuous misguidance.
After seeking help from another branch, I discovered that I had been misled throughout the process. I am now at risk of losing a significant amount of money if I surrender any of these policies. I would like to request a refund of the invested amount along with any dues, but I'm uncertain whether I will receive any assistance from them.
