What are the safe bp ranges systolic and dystolic for 65 year old male? more

After 60 years, it is necessary to spare 1. Half an hour to 1 hour daily in the morning for ALOMA VILOMA PRANAYAM early in the morning, if possible after completing brushing, toileting and bathing. 2. If body feels comfortable, perform KAPALABHATHI and few excersise or yoga as per body fitness. Asthama Patient, BP Patient and patient for chronical disease may take Doctor's advice before initiating. 3. For all MEDITATION in evening time just after SUNSET is necessary for half an hour to one hour. more  
Sir 130/90 to 140/94 mm Hg is ideal I feel more  
Reducing salt may cause other problems. One of my friend reduced salt to such an extent to reduce BP that it caused elements imbalance in the blood and caused Kidney malfunctioning. Although it was restored by giving Sodium drip and Kidney recovered. so anything you do should not do in totality. but reduce to some extent. more  
More salt leads to high B.P. & fluid retention. In case of low B.P., taking salt is recommended. more  
To what extent Salt is responsible for High BP? I have heard that not always salt is responsible for this. \ more
