I do agree with your views but not completely. The main reason of low literacy rate of rural India is their vote bank, they never wanted the development of Muslims, dalits and other lower class, This is one of congress hidden agenda to keep getteing voted in to power in the name of subsidies and quotas. The kept India 25 years behind then where it supposed to be. Otherwise why the country would be in need of subsidies food, fuel, Indira awas, etc.. after 66 years of independence. more

The congress has Learned the divide and rule policy from the English people and they are using it effectively so far by creating a false notion of secularism.Earlier they fooled every community by projecting themselves as well wisher of every one.When these communities realized its falsehood,they started leaving one by one.Now the Muslims is the only community it is putting its vet on and appeasing them by all efforts.But they will be enlighten some day and leave it.Then congress is going to disappear with no trace.There is no leader of worth which can revive it.It has already milked the Gandhi's name for long and now that milk has also dried up.As for as Kejriwal is concerned,his fall is expected as faster as it rose and he is going to realize his real worth after the Parliamentary Election.God Bless Narendra Modi for his success. more
