7 in 10 dont wear seat belt in back seat

I read this LocalCircles survey in today’s Economic Times so looked up the report on LocalCircles

https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/seat-belt-survey

It says 70 in 100 are not wearing. I want to know who are the 26 in 100 who when sitting at the back wear seat belt.

Do you not feel uncomfortable? What about children? Do people have children who wear seat belts on back seats?

Also LC must do another survey on how many drivers and front seat passengers dont wear seat belts.

If you are wearing seat belt on back seat, please share experience? Do u wear only intercity or even in city driving. more

The Law should recognize the Drivers of Automobiles as the Heads of Vehicles to enforce seat-belt-tying unlike the current low-status-individual-treatment given to Drivers by the Owners of Automobiles as well as the commanding passengers . Alternatively, new technology must be invented such that unless and until all seat-belts in the vehicle are in place on the human-bodies and in contact with the bio-electricity in the human body , the vehicle does not start , no matter the number of occupant-passengers . more

Most often we have to search for the buckle of the seat belt in the rear seat. If by chance we are able to locate it, it is almost always dysfunctional, or the belt is so dust ridden that we wouldn't want to risk our clean office dress getting soiled. Something has to be done to achieve a concrete result... more
