Sell the tonnes and tonnes of metal scrap, used tracks, old steel pillars, discarded bridge girders lying all over the country. That will also clear up a lot of space. Generate money. Remove old MG & NG tracks which are not used.
Damaged concrete sleepers too are lying everywhere.....these can be given to villages to constructs small structures, platforms, stages etc. Can also be used to stabilize slopes. more
