As such there had been no such tests for cancer detection till date. Recently I read a news item in HT that Medanta has got some latest equipment and techniques to detect possibility of cancer cells in the body at an early stage from abroad. You may please contact Medanta for this if interested. more

There is no foolproof/single test for detection of cancer.It depends on the location/stage etc. Two tests are most comprehensive, 1) Biopsy 2)PET/CT Scan. Available at MAX (SAKET) APOLLO (sarita vihar) more
