My two communications to Minister of Finance and Minister of Communications & information Technology sent by e-mail have not been responded. Both ministries have huge staff even then no action has so far been taken. Even acknowledgement has not been sent. I remember the days when even a post card addressed to a minister or officer was duly replied to. The present circle of learned people must prevail upon the government to take action on the letters/applications sent by public. Unless the ministries will keep live contact with people no development will be possible. more

Dear Shivani ji, I am sorry the problem has not been understood by you in right perspective. The problem of cybercrime in e-filing of income tax returns of which inumerable people are victims has been pointed to the finance minister as he only can rectify it. Please read my letter to the Editor in The Tribune dated July 21, 2014 for detailed information. In my letter to Minister of communication & Information Technology an application signed by about 250 residents of the sector requesting him to take up a long pending case for a post office in the sector was sent. in view of these facts your comments are redundant. Please that the ministries have to acknowledge and give response to such issues. Dr. R.K. Sharma more
