7th Commission Pay

In Government Pay Scale, If Government provide benefit of Inflation to Salaried then other will not affect by Inflation?? Government should also provide benefit to Non government personnel by any other way also..
Middle class family also have live and feelings.. They have to also pay School fees, Light bill, Telephone bill, Maintainance, Kitchen expenditure, Petrol, every thing.. They also have to face Increase of price(Inflation).. If Govt Salaried are protected by Increase of महंगाई भथ्था, then other people are not important?? Are they not affect from this?? Only Salaried affect it?? What is this??? Isn't it controversy?? Then also Salaried ask for More Increments!!!!!
What is this??? more

Basic Pay increase by every pay commission. Can spend on HRA,Travelling Allowance in proportion to 2.57Basic be suddenly more than 2.5 times Managers in Sadar, KhariBaoli, ChChk, CP get Rs12000-20000 but orderly in court to pronounce names of parties, Peon/ Daftary get 20000/- for no body knows what is their responsibility. In offices if some Asks for some work pat comes the reply that "this is not my work". If 90% of working class gets less than 10000/- this is injustice with them that those who dont' do any work have more purchasing Power & still wish more & more to bankrupt Govt or force Govt to levy more taxes, burdening poor. Why pay commission increases pay, when 100% DA neutralisation is being given. Basic Pay of 75000/- gets 100000 DA. Can the... more
Salary is to be linked with performance only. This is the only solution. more
Strike in this case is pure, unadulterated Blackmail. more
Govt. employees are already been much overpaid than the Private Engineers, Technicians, Teachers & Employees, which had increased inflation since the last Pay Commission recommendations to equalize salaries of IAS with the MNC employees during that period. The present Salary/ Pensions increase would bring more disparity and the market inflation on account of same would make the Private Companies employees, excluding MNCs miserable to live in. The levies of more & more Taxes, in one form or other is burdening the Professional Companies to such an extent that those are being Loss oriented rather than profits and lot of the small entrepreneurs are having no option than to close their ventures. Our Govt. thinkers must give a thought to the Senior Citizens, who are not Pension Holders, though they had given their blooming youths for the development and growth of our Nation are most hard pressed in view of ever increasing inflation and HAVING NO SECURITY SUPPORT TO SURVIVE. For example, I am one of the Pioneer, who brought India on World Oil Map by Exploring and Producing Petroleum in the early days after Independence of India, BUT HAVING NEITHER ANY PENSION NOR ANY OTHER SOCIAL SECURITY SUPPORT FOR MY PRESTIGIOUS SURVIVAL. Govt. must give a THOUGHT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS LIKE ME. more
The people who are, in this case, threatening to go on strike are very explicitly expressing their selfishness, self centeredness and inwardness. They seem to be least bothered about balancing incomes with other sectors. On top of it; a political party, now on opposition benches in the parliament, is instigating and abetting the govt employees to strike the work, on this issue. People must recollect that; that very party had imposed emergency on the country and banned all the unions and their activities, including strikes, with firm hand, 1976. I hope the people are sensible enough to see political ploy hidden under the misguidance/ill advice provided to them. more
