For Govt. babus there are no KPI's,promotions are on time scale, output measurement systems not existing, rights are known to all but responsibilities not known. Just because employees numbers are so huge it is a captive vote bank and no one wants to fiddle. Even at the lowest rung one can hold on the file, misplace the file, share in advance with interested parties contents for personal gains. The ills are so deep routed there is no easy escape. The common public tax payer will continue to be the escape goats. more

salary hike should based on some criterion like KRA, JD and MIS . on that basis their score card should be maintained and give hike accordingly more
