Cleanest city of India Indore and 2nd place Bhopal with 6 more cities of MP within 25 is certainly an achievement for Administration, elected ruling party members and Nagar Nigam officials. They are certainly going to celebrate it in big way spending lot of Nagar Nigam funds collected from poor public. However, to the public at large, it appears to be a well directed Drama. Cleanliness is not visible, except in few pockets. Temporary arrangement to get OFD certificate is a big joke. Let us not waste this achievement and work on it further so as to institutionalize it. more
