Its an informative post . Food is like an addiction to human. Specifically like paan, alcohol, and meat to non vegetarians. Therefore, it is quite hard to quit these things all of a sudden but it is possible to consume them in an amount acceptable to body and with combination of healthy items. more

Prevention is better than cure & once so much detailed knowledge about causes of Cancer due to foods is provided by Madam Reeta Kumar, it should be taken very seriously & one should not be complacent in not paying heed to the advice given by her.Those who are having the habit of eating Supari & Paan should be careful. I have seen two cases of Oral Cancer by eating Paan & Supari before going to sleep & leaving it in the mouth for the whole night. Luckily after operation & Chemotherapy both survived but how much agony & troubles they & their family members faced. Similarly caution should be there while eating Processed/Red Meat. Anything in excess is always dangerous & more so when you do not know the hygienic content or being free from bacterial effects. After all human error is the root cause of the contamination of these food products which can lead to Cancer, a dreadful disease. So maximum Care, Utmost cleanliness, No dirt or accumulation of foreign particles should be allowed to settle on the foods. Never eat the stale food. Although above mentioned factors cannot uproot the dreadful disease Cancer but at least it can be prevented or reduced to a greater extent. more
