I deep problem as till now we are having manual accounting system of accounting but now due to gst we are upgrading to digital. Having 2 shops one in composition and other in regular. So how to do biling. more

You will have to know that GST registration is PAN based hence on one PAN all registration will count as one and turnover for these all registration( same PAN based) will be merged into one hence two system on two registration will not apply in your case if both registration is on single PAN. more
