Respected members, is it a crime / legal offence on part of an employee , who enters the office of his employer{ Boss} and records the conversation secretly and further circulate the recording to an ex. employee who uses that recording in court as a proof of his(Ex. employee) innocence? when justice is denied there is no harm is my surmise there had been unauthorised trading done by india infoline stock broking and the matter was referred to stock exchanges of india and there was an redressal panel headed by an retired chief justice and he had also recorded his observation as aunauthorised trade but instead of punishing the culrpit ie india infoline stock broking he had given his verdict as arbitration this shows the close nexuse between retired chief justice and stock exchanges of india and stock broking firm and amount of corruption by the stock exchnages as an journalist i am planning to post my papers in wikileaks about indian corruption at all elvel and denial justice to international journalsit we need your suppor more

AS a humanity u have done a good job, if ur a common man forget court (court decision) its not for us only for rich. We believe in blessing so we r surrounded with family happy & healthy, rich believe in money only money never happy & healthy they r surrounded by curse. more

Humanity & our culture says the place which gives bread & butter, is a place of worship. To share any information which disturbs the interest is totally wrong.Here Mr. Sunil has not mentioned anything related to sharing of information, as per him the employee was framed for what reason he has not explained. more

When someone is employed with MNC or major private giants, they have cell called 'legal & compliance' where it is strictly not allowed to share company related information , which may go against the interest of the company. more

Thanks for your valuable time. I have yet not circulated that recording but was planning to do for the sake of that terminated employee. I wanted to ask if I circulate it, how can my employer prove that this recording is done by me only. Recording is now one and half year old. In recording employer is admitting that terminated employee was not at fault and he was wrongly implicated. Can this admission of employer be really helpful in court for that terminated employee.
My employer is also admitting that injustice has been done to me too. Can this circulation of recording further implicate me as I am already facing an inquiry by my employer. more

Sunil Kumarji recording some one's conversation and later producing it as evidence in court for saving an innocent person is not at all a crime. The offended person may cry foul for breach of his right to privacy by you. There is a legal proverb " 10 criminals may go scott free but one innocent should not be punished." Of course this act of yours may go against you in your office and there could be a negative remark on your CV. If that happens dont loose heart, this world is very big, and you are a fighter then become invincible or indispensable in your professioin. People will run after you. I wish you all the best. more
