sir, i m sanjay bhosale, i am consumer of equitas small business finance, entertained by 2,40,000 thousand loan against property & business documents. sir they really behave rudely, irrespectively, they don,t co-operate with consumers rather they pressure, abuse to collect emi.
i paid emi regulary still date, when i asked them to collect in next month they rigorously recover money anyhow.

Sanjay Bhosle ji, This used to be done by the credit card companies. These are called loan sharks. If they are deliberately misbehaving with you, lodge a written complaint against the particular staff. If this continues, repeat the complaint. If this also doesn't work, withdraw the security of your property and take back the business documents against the loan (please consult a lawyer) and convert it into simple loan. more

Having gone through the case, I suggest you shift the loan to a Bank Branch nearest to your place of residence to enable you to personally handle the account & service it without depending upon the Bank. In recent days, interest on Loans has been reduced (including the Loan against property) and as such you may explore the possibility of transferring the balance outstanding to another Bank after following the procedure. Thereafter if you feel the EMI is little higher then request the Bank to increase the repayment period so that the EMI amount comes down to ensure that you do not miss even one EMI to maintain your credit rating which will facilitate obtaining loans in the future (if necessary) without any hassles. Leave apart, you just make arrangement of additional EMI, deposit the same in your Bank (Preferably with Nationalized Bank account) with standing instructions that XXX amount to be transferred to ""'Equitas small business finance" on 00/00/0000 date of every month. This will resolve your all problems. You can also submit another "standing instructions" whenever you wanted to discontinue the same - once your total debt is over. This will also facilitate to you to have the Account statement readily available at your passbook. Sooner or letter you will face the problem that some of he EMI's (mainly paid by cash) is Not accounted for and they will try to fatch additional amount with threat that the Hypotheticated security will be fore-fitted, even by issuing the Legal Notices and even further by lodging the complaint. more
