UAN NO.) for pf withdrawal but got to know after 15 days at place of my father name they have put only P due this they have hold my pf as I have submitted my pan, adhar,cheque but they want deceleration from company for that they have sent letter but 2 month have gone still waiting. How come my father name will be declared by company? Is company has more power then government provided id cards. And my adhar and pan card is submitted by company to pf office then how come this silly thing is happening. more

Today again gone to Pf office to find out, from madam who is handling my claim see told me I have given message to person who is authorised by company for pf settlement and in front of me see called him again and told to submit declaration as soon as possible. After that see told me to wait for another 10 days. Now waiting again and thinking what will happen. Why this much time is taken . And told her again my Aadhar and pan card which also contain father name has been submitted by company itself to pf office then why we still waiting. And why company is not responding fast. more

Hi, Any changes to be made in your data with PF office then you have to submit Joint Declaration Form signed by both employee as well employer. After obtaining this you can take a xerox and submit this tot he PFoffice and get ack. for your records. you will get your PF winthin short period. Any way check with them still they are holding your PF claim form or return it to your ex employer office. Thanks G Kumar more

Generally company updates UAN portal based on info provided by employer either via ID proof or via forms filled by employee. Anyway, pl get in touch with employer with required ID proof to get name corrected. It might take approx 2 weeks to reflect same in UAN portal once documented accepted by employer for correction. more
