One of the member suggested to have one to one contact among the members to which I agreed.one to one contact will certainly enhance the exchange of views/perception on the issues for betterment of Delhi. This was about the need to awaken citizen about their surroundings and shift the focus from Aatam Shudhi about which we often brag about to Lok Shudhi that is to focus to maintenance of area around your home . I also mentioned about issues related improving work culture specifically by technical workmen engineers and the contractors . Dignity of labour among the technical hands is totally missing . The fact that indian technocrats win laurels abroad while in our won country we accept shoddy and substandard . It seems our planner have not pondered as to how our soft ware engineers and doctors have excelled even in India but in other field we have lagged way behind ?. To my mind a doctor or a software / computer specailist is hands on technocrat and do not have to depend upon some ill trained half baked technical subordinate to accomplish his work. This highlights the significance for trainers and educationist to bring about qualitative change in our education system more
