There is a cartel of telecom companies. Better services at competitive price is no where exists. All the telecom companies are maintaining poor network and day by day there has been an increase in the fixed cost on consumers with no improvement in services. We poor customers have to live with these rich people of the society. more  

In recent path Air Tel services and customer care has gone from bad to worst. Air Tel staff are not bothered for customers. Unprofessional services by Air Tel - mobile, data & landline. more  

Call drop , non availability of internet speed vis-a-vis package subscribed, apologetic response from technical/admin team when consumer desires termination of his plan/package( I have experienced myself) and showing willingness all of a sudden to attend to his complaints , continuation of 2G services instead of 3G /4G packs ( consumer cant know if he has 2G/3G/4G speed/facility). These days many private internet service providers have mushroomed all over assuring speeds and services. But they fail to provide services when consumers deposit basic amount and turn deaf ears to their complaints, Air Tel took money from me to provide internet services and after 15 days on repeated visits to their booking agent forwarded me technical reason citing non availability of lines and difficulty in providing internet connection. Fortunately I had made arrangement of stopping cheque. Consumer is taken for granted all the times without bothering practical technical aspects and confirming problems. there should not be auto renewal mode for any plan without confirmation from consumer. more  

Incomplete information, stoppage of plans offered without notice to consumers is a big issue. Value added services are offered and charged without consent of consumer, when prices of schemes are lowered consumers are not informed and you continue paying for the more expensive scheme.The biggest problem is getting a fixed line disconnected. They will not disconnect and hey keep sending bills to you . It should be mandatory for telecom cos t o inform consumers of changes in their schemes through SMS. Billing should stop on date if request for disconnection. Flexibility to opt for any scheme should be available​ throughout month not on first day of month. more
