1. The billing is to be done as per actual meter reading.
2. In case the service provider could not take the meter reading for its own reasons, the company may seek information on the current reading from the consumer and raise the bill on the reading informed to the company
3. In case the meter reading could not be taken due to consumer cause, the bill is to be raised on provisional basis based on last 6 month average basis. The provisional bills are to be adjusted later based on the actual reading taken.
4. The issue of incorrect meter reading is to be resolved within 10 days.
5. the refund of the excess amount is to be adjusted in the next bill failing which the company is to pay interest at prime lending rates of SBI. more
