I have customer in Africa needs some goods I can procure them from china and ship directly to africa payment will be sent from India but there will not be any BOE as goods have not come to India and foreign remmitence have gone from India obviously payment for sales will come to India how this transaction can be closed as there is no EP copy of shipping bill for exports and no BOE for imports more
