लंदन के फुटपाथ पर दो भारतीय रुके और जूते पॉलिश करने
वाले से एक व्यक्ति ने जूते पॉलिश करने को कहा ... जूते
पॉलिश हो गये ... पैसे चुका दिये और वो अगले जूते
पॉलिश करने वाले के पास पहुँचे
.
वहाँ पहुँच के भी उन्होने यही किया . . . जो व्यक्ति अभी जूते पॉलिश करवाके आया था
उसने फिर जूते पॉलिश करवाये और पैसे चुकाकर अगले जूते
पॉलिश करने वाले के पास पहुँच गया .
जब उस व्यक्ति ने 7-8 बार पॉलिश हुये जूते को पॉलिश
करवाया तो उसके साथ के व्यक्ति का सब्र का बाँध
टूट गया .. उसने पूछ ही लिया:-" भाई जब तुम्हारे जूते
एक बार मेँ ही पॉलिश हो गये तो बार-बार पॉलिश
क्यो करवा रहे हो?"
प्रथम व्यक्ति ने कहा:-"ये अंग्रेज मेरे देश मेँ राज कर रहे है ,
मुझे ईन घमंडी अंग्रेजो से जूते साफ करवाने मेँ
बडा मजा आता है" .

Rakesh ji, I can not offer them any tip except that respect yourself and have faith in your own capabilities rather than just following these white skined people blindly. After having worked with so many nationalities during my 43 years career, I have found that the intelligence level of these people - US/UK or other western European countries is very low as compared to we Indians. In the beginning, they also tried with me to make us feel inferior to them, however, with my own sincere work and efficiency, I could attain a position where many of foreigners including Americans were working under me and they had to accept and work according to my advise and recommendations. But for that I had to prove myself. So , only tip for all these professionals in MNC in India is " BE PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN" you are inferior to none, instead, you are much superior to all of them, just be patriotic and stop taking bribery or any favors from them. more

Great sir.. but now a days in MNC also professionals are buttering these foreinors,can you suggest some tip to them.. more
