As the potency of carom seeds is hot, it will cause stomach irritation if consumed excessively during summer. It would be wise to understand the potency of spices you wish to use for your health issues and also bear in mind about the prevailing weather conditions as well. The spices having hot potency such as black cardamom, black pepper, carom, cinnamon, cloves, mace, nutmeg, red chilly and turmeric should be used with proper care to treat various health sufferings. These hot spices produce extra heat in the stomach and cause acidity, heart burn, ulcers and dry up the liver, if not taken with care. Please avoid trusting advises and materials being posted by unprofessionals to save your health. Hope this helps! more
