The basis of good health is clean air and clean water followed by good food. Clean air is big challenge as it require very hard decision like control on vehicle, more no entry area (Cars and other fuel driven vehicles), only cycle or battery operated cars to be permitted in Delhi.
Many hard decisions to make the city and environment clean will automatically provide healthy status to everyone. more

The first & foremost important factor for health &general well being is to taker charge of our life. There are three very vital factors which impact our health. No underlying worries/obsessions, exercise, & healthy eating habits. Of course heredity ailments are a bit difficult to manage. But if the three aforementioned factors are taken care of, will definitely help. more
First an idea/sensation comes in our mind (which is in Plasma state), then our breathing and blood/ lymph circulation increases proportionately, then physical action 'for' or 'against' the idea/ sensation takes place.... reports goes back and normalcy is achieved and maintained. instantly some other sensation comes...... the cycle goes on. One should try to avoid situations which give rises to ideas/sensations... that is the method of (vipassana) meditation... This would give deeper insight, which shall transform a person/ individual. A society with such persons would make a world free from violence, greed, pollution, etc. and in such world healthy life-style shall be practiced. It is my hobby to critically evaluate all systems & practices - be it medical/treatment practices or management related practices - and reach/teach a practical, but scientific approach, equanimously (without inclination to any particular system). The International Yoga Day should, in the real sense be practiced to transform individual persons...... not for commercialization or politicalization and exploit the 'dis-ease' condition. more
For sure, medicine is not required if we have clean air and good quality drinking water. Prevention is better than cure. Our efforts and money should be more dedicated/focused in removing the roots. People should remain healthy without any type of medicines. more
Please wait... You are the government in a democracy... you take decisions for finding out ways of healthy living, instead of suggesting to control pollution, etc. From my experience, I can vouch that this is possible. more
Clean Water ; Clean Air and the Good Food were being in control of Business orientation & lack of government care. more
