The recent outcome of the discussion with various people reflects that the people are slowly and slowly loosing faith/confidence in judicial system. I feel that the onus lies on the political system for such break in the confidence level plus of course some of the recent judgements and their implementation like Uphaar Fire case, Sunil Dutt parol, Salman Khan bail case, rulings in 498a, Domestic Violence cases, rape laws and prosecutions in fake cases etc etc. might have supplemented the breaking of the confidence in judicial system. In that scenario, I feel it is very dangerous for a democratic set up. Even some of the posts on facebook and twitter collaborates what people talk casually. A time may come when the people instead of saying having confidence on the judiciary will believe that judiciary is being made joke by the political system. more

The biggest paradox in family life by Indian parent is they want their daughter to control her husband and expect their son to control his wife. The society on the hole should understand the change of perception about husband wife relationship in today's circumstance and act & counsel responsibly setting aside their selfish intentions. more

Virmani at the base level and sri Ram punia in the action level both are perfectly correct demanding the necessary responsible self adjudication in every couple and , the every family to have a continuance of Indian Family system as otherwise , we also have to lead as if different with vested individualism that is illusive in the life lead . more

Dear Mr. Ram Pinia, It is nice to have comments. In fact the police and the courts are not the answer for matrimonial disputes. The only solution for reconciliation of the matrimonial dispute is the society as the disputes are arising from egoistic and incompatibility issues. The moment a woman enters the gate of police station that becomes the point of finish of the matrimonial relations. Rest of the process of mediation is only a drama. The purpose of the mediation centre was as that of social which later on was converted to extortion centre. If you do not believe one can go through the mediation centre and see himself as to how these centres are working as extortion centres. I am of the strong opinion that the matrimonial disputes be left to the society only and the courts should intervene only when the case is beyong reconciliation and the divorce is imminent. Police in any case should be out of such disputes who are only causing the damages on the possibilities of reconciliation. more

RULINGS IN 498A ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKING THE MAJORITY OF OUR FAMILIES. WE MUST KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY/BOTH ARE OUR CHILDREN AND WE MUST SAVE THEIR FAMILIES BUT THE YOUNG GENERATION IS VOLATILE AND WHEN OUR DAUGHTERS ARE UNNECESSARILY SUPPORTED BY US/RELATIVES WHO ARE NOT THE WELL-WISHER, THE HUSBAND IS TORTURED, LOOTED, HUMILIATED WITH ALL VICES . SEE THE SUICIDES BY THE BOYS. WE SHOULD MADE THE 498A ,A BAILABLE OFFENSE AND ONUS TO PROVE DOWRY ETC MUST BE ON PARENTS WHO ACTUALLY ARE THE CULPRITS. more
