I was on a official visit to Malaysia in the year 2000 and at that time itself I saw that they have implemented Unique Identification No for every Malaysians ,every businesses. Singapore did it possibly by 1995. India despite being a IT power house with all the resources at command finding it difficult to implement it in totality. Never the less, if Adhar Card no is made mandatory for every economic transactions many ills of Indian society will get removed but before that suitable system should be put in place addition /deletion/modification in the national population register and national business register. more

I request AADHAR No may be compulsorily created for all children at the eligible age and this number may be carried or used for all purposes, including education, employment, loans, etc. This record has to be maintained by a master computer and accessible for reference to all for any valid reason . We do not have so many numbers and inice huge expenditure for records. more
