Sensitivity to others is another issue which can improve our habits. Such as parking on roads without bothering for trouble to others. Yesterday i saw one person standing on crossing in center of the road and talking on mobile, four cars are waiting behind him. It is just sensitivity. People park car behind another car without thinking that how will other person take his car. People will park cars on crossing such that traffic get congested. Similiarly we throw garbage/spit on roads without thinking that it will create problems for others. Everything can not be enforced by law. Let us be sensitive to others. This will improve civic sense.

I was coming on NH-24 few days back and One small truck stopped in right lane without hazard lights and talking on phone, i stopped my car and asked hm to on his hazard lights then he said "Vo kya hota hai" then i tried to tell him you r on right lane and no body will able to see that u r stopping in between without hazard lights ....he was not convinced then i told to few traffic police people on next light but they were not interested at all.... more

This civic sense can be imbibed during childhood by parents/elders and in schools/colleges by teachers as culture. During the later stage only fines, penalties fear from fellow people and police can correct this civic sense. more

Do you think this all has happened overnight, not at all Mr. Look at our Constitution it provides immense powers & protection to the Govt. & its Employees with no responsibility which has made these absolutely irresponsible and corrupt. Today almost every family has a member in the Govt. His irresponsible behaviour at work has made him irresponsible out of the work too. Make a complaint agt. any one in the Govt & see what happens. more
