Dear password is same way as of your email, It's not saved if you don't click the box( remember me .) if its IP camera then can record on Note book or computer, if analog then can record on DVR , which has HDD . , if viewing remotely from other location by software , you can record also on your computer. it all depends upon what kind of DVR you have. now latest DVR available with cloud technology. and recording can be store on remote server by cloud technology more

for passwords try using grandparents dada, dadi, nana, nani's first or middle names mixed with numerals and @, $, %, & it will be very very safe. more

Renuka Seems yu have got the hang on the password etc etc as a lot has been written on it . Just take one precaution that you change your password every three to four months . Also , try and make your password alpha numeric . you will be fine and safe . But yu have to remember it correctly . I keep a small paper safely at home where I always keep updating the new password . more

so what should one. remember or not. it may be risky also as it can get recorded/saved an where for hackers to leak into your secrets more
