Mr Brij's comment about completion certificate looks very simplified. He got his certificate perhaps because he was senior Govt official. But I can dare say that 9 out of 10 cases, completion certificate can not be obtained without bribing - amount of bribe depending on the seriousness of violation. more

While I hold no brief for anyone , let us also see ourselves(at least some of us), as to How many violations we have committed / deviations made , from the approved Plan. I would like to see any one case , where , there has been no variation/deviation from the Approved plan, and yet Occupation/ Completion certificate has not been given , on applying for the same., within a reasonable time. Remedy in such a case can be ,to approach the Consumer Forum for deficiency in rendering Service by the State, or approach the State Government to add in the List of Services to be provided by the State within a Time frame. In the Notification dated1st December ,2011, issued by State Government , there is already a TIME LIMIT prescribed for 'Approval of Building Plan'. , which is 15 days. This can perhaps be done through RWA's coming togather., or through Local Representative in the State Assembly. With best wishes, Taimni Bk more

Mr Raj Bhatia - can you please identify the person mentioned in your post. My name is Brij gupta and I never mentioned that I got completion certificate since I never constructed a house in gurgaon. Please check and quote the right person name in all your posts. I take strong objection to your post naming me when I never made any such claim. I request local circles to please ask Rj to withdraw his post of delete his post immediately more
