Preservation and Reservation methods those set aside while there had been thirst for land grabbing , lethargy in clearing the stagnated materials , Mud & Sand in all Canals , Sub Canals on the other hand IF REALIZED AND RE SET AT THE PUBLIC INTEREST EVEN UNDER THIS WATER MISSION OF THE CENTRE , THERE WILL BE THE BEST SECURITY AND UTILITY OF WATER TO THE HUMAN BEINGS . But , Still the States have to step ahead in this Mission of acute Public necessity . There Need not be another N.T. Control cannot be brought into the central government?? i.e., Central government official ca take the control of these issues so that they will follow the rules and both the states will be favored. When this itself cannot be initiated then how all the rivers can be joined and which central government can take the initiative. My another doubt is flood in one side and drought on the other side. When the flood water is allowed to flow to the other state or eg., Water from Karnataka and Andhra pradesh flows to Tamil Nadu, during flood if these waters are allowed to flow to karnataka or andhra through motors the expense will be more than the flood fund or less?? more

Acceptance of even design Change or any such simple events that increases the usage of Waters within justified manners ARE AGREED BY THE MAHARASHTRA STATE NOW IN A DIFFERENT RULE OTHER THAN CONGRESS and , at the newly energized spirit under NITI AYOG campaign set for collective , coordinated Co-operation between intrastate and the Unite Indian Union . Such sharing spirit in all and for all at the interest the whole Citizen of India leads to a great success in Public Administration please . more

The details of conclusions arrived and agreemented are still indetail to be disclosed . Then only there will be the correct issues of cooperation that are to be generally shared by all the States in the Union . Waters ; Drainages ; Roads ; shall be shared by all without restriction under State ownership and , the States and People also have to adjust with self controlling methods since Water ,Drainages and Roads are for every living being to share but not to spoil . Since this is not possible unless with cooperative spirit , Boards and Councils and Courts became necessary . Even then , the oppressive attitudes of some States with Central Power making the other strive which is injustice . And , the Courts also could not order for demolishing the Construction that underwent against the Commitment / award. Such ill attitudes shall be set to an end by the Political parties at the interest of the Nation or the apex court shall inevitably order as per law leaving off any consideration of Financial loss . more

Sir are you talking about sharing the Water in godawary river. Are they going to build any dam?? If the dam is being build who will release the water, is it percentage wise sharing of water or surplus water will be send as it is being done to Tamil Nadu. If they fail to give the water then what will be punishment, whether this will be watched by the select committee as this cannot be taken to the court. If the rules answers best for the above questions I request the central government to implement the same rules for all other states too. more
