Dear Kurian, As per the above suggestion of Mr.Manoharan, you may please get a new sim with the same mobile number and access this site http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/forget_pass_uan.php to reset you UAN password. Hope this suggestion may solve your problem. more
Dear All. Thanks for your comments. I am talking about one of my employee. As we are working in a unorganized sector, the person is uneducated and illiterate. He is not an IT Professional. We have registered the compliant in UAN Helpdesk also. There is no Reply. As a social security scheme, this facility is for all kind of workforce in the country. There are Labours, Sweepers, Coolies, IT Professionals, Cleaners etc.... we can not expect all people will use computers and will retrieve their lost password. We are just looking for the solution as a helping hand for the lower grade employees. If any can suggest the best way...... that may be useful. more
First try the process explained by Mr Kushal Hemdev. However, your does not deserve any help as he appears to be very very callous in his approach, particularly saving passwords in mobiles. Its the height of the situation. No exc excuse for callousness. more
