I fully endorse the views of Chandan. MCG has so far failed in its duty of providing good, clean, dust-free, well-lighted roads to the citizens of Gurgaon, when compared with NOIDA or Delhi in NCR. Even the major arterial roads are full of potholes with tons of silt, dust and garbage on the edges, that flies and pollutes when vehicles run over them in full speed. The storm water drains are never cleaned and are choked, one of the major reason for flooding even on slight rain. There are hardly any over-bridges or under-passes, making it difficult to cross these roads. There are hardly any traffic signals, markings or dividers, hence these roads are highly accident prone. The lighting is very poor, sparse or dysfunctional. Complaints are never taken seriously. While they collect all taxes, the civic amenities are highly substandard. I wonder if situation will ever improve!
