A member after joining into a company has to register himself in epfindia.gov.in in home page path- 'services-employee services- UAN member e-seva'- there you have to register by using your mobile number. Thereafter go to main menu you will find " KYC tab" - fill all required information regarding your PAN, Bank account and Aadhar number and submit. Then in your employer account peding action reg. your KYC is shown, then he has to approve the same after due verification with the documents furnished by you to your employer thro. his digital signature. more

If your Aadhar Number and Bank account and PAN are registered as KYC by you or employer and is duly approved by your employer tho his digital signature. Then you can apply online Form-19(UAN) and form10C (UAN) in epf site. Otherwise you have to apply manually in form No. 19 & 10C thro your previous employer to EPFO for withdrawing your PF balance. In case if you are employed in India, you have to apply for Online transfer thro form 13 and it should be approved by your present/previous employer. more
