People accustomed to handle money without going through banks are my view are intelligent enough to handle the changed coloured notes.Black money it will appear is to avoid income tax.A gain it will appear that black money is created to hide profits apart from the one collected as interest by disbursing loan.Different gradation of materials food grains and like with different rates also gives the business man to hide profits.Hawkers are encouraged through push cart. These push cart persons help to create profit money. To avoid transport costs for going to market individuals are dependent on these hawkers.Introducing new coloured ones will only add to the burden of govt for printing new ones and collecting old ones account and destroy the old ones.Unnecedsary work.Wanys to emphasise that at present it is not so important. But new one as and when become necessary new colorued one can be issued without withdrawing proposals of the old ones for destroy. more
