All the States are funding to provide concessions , relaxations , subsidies , aids in grant in addition to job Reservations to S.C., & S.T., Citizen even on hereditary . There are O.B.C. quota Citizen also of the Scheduled Areas , Forest & Dry Areas that are addressed with these such welfare provision .
But still , even now , the A. P. Police Seized 1 Crore rupees worth Red Sandal while on smuggling and , 750 Kgs of Ganjai , in different Districts pertaining to only these Scheduled Areas that and those are endowed with the Tax moneys collected from the other area Citizen all over the Country being shared by all the States .
It is really a pity as to how these Governments since many Decades are not at all interested to safeguard the Scheduled Area National Properties that shall be addressed for the Economic welfare of those Areas .
It is in deed strange that even the Central Governments had never taken care to arrest this Robbery and Smuggling of Sandal Wood and Spacious Stones , Metals like Granite , Bauxite etc.,
Only once, after decades of Robbery of these national wealth , on the strict direction of the Supreme Court to the Karnataka C.M. and , the Central Government , just in the previous Decade , the then found Team of Robberers were arrested .
But , even since after the such arrest , the issue of Robbery of the Scheduled Area produces has been continuously set so negligently and the Smuggling of these Crores worth products have been under misuse even with international tie-ups .
I request the members of this circle to kindly think for the proper and prompt address of this problem and the provisions where the innocent Citizen of the other areas and the other general Citizen of these Scheduled areas are still penalized with the same equal Taxation in spite of the Equal lively-hood status of all living Citizen .
I hope , that we may get Justice to the innocent and poor Citizen even from the year 2016 on which many of Indian Citizen irrespective of Circles do have their dreams . more

Dear Members, i dont understand if we common man like to go through bus,train,air,ship we have to come across so many security check-ups,even to temples also so many checkups, but how these things are going on, that too decade together,by killing some individuals or some ground level people been arrested is it the solution for this, until and unless like govt is giving advt to give gas subsidiary to the govt, it is whose responsibility that these things are going on, and so many unwanted things moving through some or the other ways, how it is happening from or to the nation that too, people were telling some other country people are looted India- at least they have developed something like railway line etc, now our own people, just for their families and relatives decades together looting, whose is going to bell the cat sir. just for 250/- govt is asking to surrender the subsidiary, how many crores of rupees flooding at the time of election, in the air port, in ship yard, whether all the people who are earning in crores either in business or by profession, or by through land whether they are paying taxes, why to some individuals should be targeted..where as so many crores are getting loss by the govt, there are crores of rupees been given to the elected people for the developed of their voted people or in the name of relief or in the name of free to common people, is there any accountability is there, there are crores of rupees been contributed by the individual or by the corporate s to the govt, what is the accountability,been transparent to our own country people, for the people, to the people and .. more

The continued Robbery & Smuggling of Forest wealth and Produces , Landed wealth like Minerals & Metals is aught to be stopped by the Constitutional Bench Supreme Court of India [ since the other Bodies of the Constitution failed ] at the interest of the general public and to safe the National wealth & Income that is indeed to be allotted for the welfare of the Citizen of India. The Supreme Court Constitutional Bench also is to set strict laws about the Reservations etc., confining to one Family one opportunity to democratically address the provision on Justice to all the Families living in India keeping Reservations banned to apply heriditary . more

Dear Deshpandeji: This is the regular trick being played by our Politicians/Party to garner more votes in their bank. British were much better. They only divided us as White and Black. But today the so called Democratic Politicians divide us by Religion, Caste, Colour and Creed for their own benefits. Everybody knows about this, but, who would protest is a very big question to be answered?????? more
