I lost focus in Garment Business in 2005 for the sole reason that Garment Business driven by season and fashion; India Has weakest infrastructure for Supply Chain. Moreover, brands belong to foreigners. Garment exporter is nothing more than a Labour Contractor. Mr. Gupta, I wish you all the best in your endeavor. Faridabad / Noida - Cost of production is very high. Tirupur offers Factory Shed @ Rs 4/- sq ft with machinery. Please study the position before burning yourself. Currently I am business consultant. I have to observe that there is huge opportunity in Dairy and Agriculture which is just FMCG Product. These are long drawn projects because land and animal acquisition is slow process. It gives you IRR of over 24%. If someone has funds (Deep Pockets) there are many business opportunities.
